The goal this month is to give you back some capacity, while we're still hitting the goal you set at the start of the month and making sure everything keeps moving. That's why you can bring a team member in, you and I do the strategy works together, and when it comes to implementation, your team member works directly with me and my team. No going back and forth through you.
We start the month with a kick off call where we decide together, what's the focus this month, what to you actually want accomplished out of this full month together. From there I do the work, I pick the project, map it, I strategize it, I build the pathway and the funnel work and then I bring it back to you to review and confirm before anything moves forward.

KICKOFF + ONBOARDING
We start by getting clear on the revenue you want to create, the freedom you want to have, and what you already have in place. During this call, we'll audit your current backend and client retention processes and I'll map out your Retention & Ascension Pathway based on your business, offers, clients, and goals.

Your Custom Retention & Ascension Map
I'll build out the key client touchpoints across your customer journey and in your funnels, what should happen, when it should happen, and where opportunities exist to improve retention, increase purchases, and move the right clients into higher-ticket offers.

Team Implementation Chat
ALL MONTH
Your team comes into the chat with us so they can get the support they need to implement the map. I'll guide them through how it works, answer questions, and help troubleshoot as things are put into action.
You remain the decision-maker on all strategy. Your team is there to implement.

Midpoint Check-In
We don't wait until the end of the month to find out whether something is working. We'll have a second live call midway through the month to review what's happening, identify what needs adjusting, and make sure implementation is moving in the right direction.

Custom Loom Trainings & Edits
As you or your team run into questions, bottlenecks, or recurring issues, I'll create custom Loom videos, trainings, walkthroughs, and SOP improvements based on what's actually happening inside your business, not something generic you'll never use.
