1:1 Priority Month
One month. One priority. Everything moving smoothly with you as involved as much or as little as you need to be.
The goal this month is to give you back some capacity, while we're still hitting the goal you set at the start of the month and making sure everything keeps moving. That's why you can bring a team member in, you and I do the strategy works together, and when it comes to implementation, your team member works directly with me and my team. No going back and forth through you.
We start the month with a kick off call where we decide together, what's the focus this month, what to you actually want accomplished out of this full month together. From there I do the work, I pick the project, map it, I strategize it, I build the pathway and the funnel work and then I bring it back to you to review and confirm before anything moves forward.
This is the month the one thing that's been sitting on your list stops sitting there.
It gets mapped, it gets strategized, built and it actually moves with me in it with you the whole way, not handed off or hoped for.
What's included:
- 2 live calls with me: kickoff, then a midpoint check-in so we're never waiting till the end to find out if it's working
- Direct chat support the whole month: bring your team member in, they get access too
- Your own client hub, live from day one of kickoff: every call, link, communication, idea, goal, win, priority list, and action item, all centralized so nothing gets lost in chat or email back-and-forth
- Call replays, templates, guidelines, and custom Loom videos added as we go and as you or your team need support, guide, walkthroughs or questions answered.
- Hub access for 7 days after last day of the month together to download and keep everything for your own use
$3,500 for the full month, two live calls with me and everything listed above, all included.
